There's beautiful woods to explore as well as a creek that you can see out the window. There are accommodations for everything you need inside. I'm so glad to have had this opportunity to bring my family from Florida to experience New York like I did as a kid growing up on my grandparents farm.”

”This is a beautifully appointed tiny home, perfect for a quiet getaway! The decor is curated so tastefully, and the kitchen area equipped with stovetop and even olive oil and spices. The bed is comfortable and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The hosts were lovely and provided quick and thoughtful communication. ”Perfect location to get away and have some quiet time without being very far away from local activities. Spacious inside and out so your not sitting on top of one a other. Some things to take note, house does get hot and stuffy, bring some fans. There are ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms and an AC unit in the loft upstairs. Bathroom is small, taller folks will be squatting to wash their hair. Be prepared to bring/buy drinking water. The cabin is on a dirt road with an uphill driveway,...

”We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. ”

”My family and I had an amazing time at The Young Estate! Coming from the city this was exactly what we needed to unwind and to have such a great family bonding time. It was the first time our twelve and nine years old were not on their phone! ”We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The hotel is clean and new and clearly well maintained and run. We tried out most of the amenities - the breakfast, pool, nightly firepits. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have enjoyed and the ladies who managed it were so helpful and kind. The pool was great fun for the kids and the firepits were an unexpected plus. ”Everyone was so nice and attentive. The only thing that does need improvement is the morning continental breakfast. No orange juice or the breakfast sandwich also no fruit. All I was able to get at 6:30am was yogurt, coffee and cereal. It was not good but other than that everything else was good. Thank you to everyone for making my stay good. I will be back soon.”

”The pictures online and what you will encounter are on completely different ends of the spectrum. There seems to be a homeless shelter operating on certain floors of the hotel. The hotel stay served it purpose, we will not go back.”
