”The house is a very cute cottage with a large back yard suitable for kids and pets. The house itself is clean and well stocked. Very pet-friendly, host is easy to reach, and the kitchen is well supplied. Had a very nice time there.”

”Stayed at the sunshine Inn for one night on a visit to the Saratoga Battlefield. I chose it because it was close to the battlefield, even though it has the external look of a 1960s motel I was surprised to discover that the rooms had been updated nicely. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. It was a delightful surprise. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate for a couple. I would stay there again.”

”The property was very dated... run down fixtures,, bathrooms.. sink and bathtub missing large areas of grout.. they were discolored by age and usage and very unpleasing...We received no maid service for the 3 nights we were there..no fresh linens nor any fresh towels. The parking lot and entrance ramp are dated and full of holes and uneven pavement and in need of repair....Therefore.. a poor rating is being nice...”
