”Good stay. Very good spot.”

”Property is very clean. They had very nice plush bath towels. Nice. Very nicely located between Utica and Rome. Just be aware that this on the second floor. It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host.”

”The house was cute and just what we needed for the weekend. Loved the location being around the corner from Main Street, with a local pizza place and an adorable bakery. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee provided. Check in was a little wonky - we were waiting for an email from VRBO, per the owner, but never received one with the instructions. Luckily, Mark (the owner) was very responsive to my texts. The best mattress was the double upstairs. The others were not...

”Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. ”

”Amazing. Brand new luxurious hotel.”

”Everything was great, and the staff was excellent. Disappointed that there was not an elevator. However, next time I’ll just book on the first floor.”

”Blackjackin' & Fine Dinin'!”

”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”Excellent location Parking”

”♥️”

”I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I checked in, the building appeared nearly empty, yet I was assigned a handicap-accessible room that was not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair around the sink, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a room change, but instead, someone was sent up to clean the room. I also asked for toothpaste and was told it was sold out. When I asked for a travel-size toothpaste, I was told the counter was closed. For a hotel, this level of...

”Convenient location. Room was spacious and clean.”
