”The room was very clean and recently painted. No smells or insects or unwanted finds in the room. The breakfast was good, a little bit more limited than usual but enough selection for breakfast. The only down side is that there wasn't any exercise or swimming pool, it had been shutdown. So if you have kids that like to go swimming at each stop this is not the choice for you. To exercise after long hours in the car we walked the hallway and stairs. Another couple did the same. If done fast...

”You get what you pay for. This is a cheap hotel. It's not great, not terrible, just meh. But since you're not paying a premium price, it's acceptable. The rooms appear to be updated recently, but the building/AC units are still pretty old.”

”The room was relatively clean though I killed 2 spiders in the bathtub. The room was so hot that the air conditioner couldn't cool it down until after midnight. The person at the desk was very annoyed that I had a dog though Expedia said they were pet friendly when I made the reservation. We won't be back.”

”Cool Cabin but a bit dirty and a bit broken. The deck needs work. All of the furniture & appliances could use updating. The beds are all extremely uncomfortable. Couch and recliner were visibly dirty with an ick factor. Could really use an air purifiers to cut down on the amount of dust or an After booking we learned the Pontoon boat was not included as advertised. The host was gracious enough to give us half a day free on the pontoon and we paid cash for the other half of the day. ”

”We truly enjoyed the property. Everything was as described in the listing. The location was very peaceful allowing you to enjoy taking advantage of everything the property offered. We enjoyed the firepit and just relaxing down by the water. We definitely will return to this location when we are in the area.”
