”The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!”

”This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!”
