”We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Embassy suites. We were able to check in early, and our room was everything as expected. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff was very courteous and helpful.”

”This hotel was expensive for one night (about $300) so I expected more. The rooms are nice but that AC is soooo loud. It was the loudest compressor ever! I couldn't sleep. It was a terrible night for me. I also strongly recommend you clean the shower heads in the property. There are years of calcification and dirt on that nozzle. Finally why in the world would you charge parking fees in Dublin Ohio? Really guys? is charging $7 really worth doing for a guy who paid $300 for one night? Ohio is...

”Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin. We heard everything through the walls. We stayed over two nights for a wedding. Got back to the hotel at 12:30 in...

”The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”
