”Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. ”We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again.”

”Mitsy and Jason were the greatest hosts! We enjoyed staying at the cabin so much, it was beautiful and the hot tub and dog friendliness of it all made it that much better. Our little dog loved running around and playing here, it was so nice there was a doggy door and a fenced in area. We enjoyed spending time in the nearby towns of Longview, Gilmer, Gladewater, and Tyler. And of course, the pigs! We loved getting to interact with them, hearing some of their stories, and feeding them Cheetos!...
