”there was black mold on the walls, dirty/stained sheets and musty unbearable odor. Had originally 3 nights but checked out the very next day; they refused to refund me for the last 2 nights and stated " we cant; you did your reservation through expedia so ask them for a refund". Also refused to give a printout final statement at least get my employer to pay for the unused last 2 night.”

”Property and rooms were poorly maintained and unsafe (locks would not bolt due to being cut off and/or purposely misaligned, multiple other guests wandering the halls appeared to by under the influence, and smoke alarms were disengaged and just laying on top of the furniture.) ”The Place to Stay definitely surpassed all of our expectations! The pictures on the website didn't do it justice. The beds, furnishings, and appliances were of excellent quality and the home was beautifully decorated. The home was also very spacious, and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. Our neice was married at Wild Daisy Farm, which was only an 8 minute ride away.
