”The slopes are quite accessible from the Cliff Lodge. The rooms feel pretty dated but clean . The massages at the spa were very professional and well done. The hotel charges guests to use any aspect of the spa though – – the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas – – unless you are getting a massage treatment.”

”Loved the hotel for the most part. My husband and I shared a room with our 2 young adult children. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and responsive. My biggest issue was the frosted glass bathroom door that didn’t lock properly (it had a lock but we couldn’t get it to work). We had to announce to the group when we were going to the bathroom, showering, or changing so no one would look in that direction or walk in. Not a great design choice for a room with multiple beds. ”

”A very nice, clean hotel. Staff was pleasant, The coffee was not very good and no flavored creamers available. The food on the breakfast bar looked good and a nice variety.”

”Everything was amazing EXCEPT the elevators vibrated and everyone was a little nervous. The door to the wheelchair accessible hotel room was too heavy. Very hard to open. Everything else was perfect”

”I've been staying at this location twice yearly (for work) for several years without an issue, but the service and security I experienced this time made my stay far less safe. The upper latch on my room door was not aligned and did not work as intended. It appeared to be an easy fix. I called down to the front desk twice right after checking in with no answer, so I walked down (to an empty lobby) and there was one employee working. When I told him about the broken latch, he verified my room...

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient close to the highway, which made it easy to get in and out. Breakfast was decent as well, with enough options to start the day. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.”

”I stay here everytime I am traveling through Utah and always refer friends and family to them for reasons being - friendly staff and I truly appreciate it’s always the same front staff welcoming me each time I stay. Location is perfect and quiet yet close to every thing! Hotel is always clean and breakfast is great! I will continue to stay here for future trips even if I’m at an event on other side of town in West Valley. ”

”Floor in room needed mopped, evidence of past spills. The metal frame on metal pedestal bed was noisy getting in and out of bed and the motion sensor room light was annoying to say the least. Not amenable for travelers who get up in the night if traveling with others. Front desk staff was efficient. ”
