”Disappointing stay with multiple issues:
Unannounced Construction: Severe, disruptive construction noise inside the hotel every day from 9 AM to 5 PM that was never disclosed prior to booking.
False Advertising & Financial Loss: The advertised fitness facility does not exist. I lost money on a pre-booked virtual gym session because of this, and the hotel refused to reimburse the cost.
Poor Service: Room service was unaccommodating and required multiple reminders to get food...

”My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The rooms were damp, poorly maintained, and felt neglected, making the overall experience quite uncomfortable.
The biggest letdown was the food. The buffet had very little variety, and much of the food seemed stale and far from fresh. Unfortunately, after eating there, I ended up with a stomach infection, which completely ruined my trip.
