”A peaceful hideaway resort for those, that want to have a short break from exhausting Indian cities. For some reason the hotel did not have any information of our pre-paid reservation at our arrival, but they fixed us a nice room although the hotel was supposed to get full the next day. Very friendly service, extremely nice Manager couple and safe area to hang around. River ganga just at the back yard. Nothing interesting within a walking distance, and with the extremely high price level...

”I stayed at the Alpine Club in June with a friend. Contrary to the listing, there was no wireless internet anywhere on the property, no coffee/tea maker in the room, no laundry services, no iron or ironing board on request. While we were there there was also no hot water, when we wanted to bathe we would call for a bucket of hot water to be brought up to the room.
