”This was a one night stay on our long road trip and we prefer the unique mom & pop experience over the mega hotels. Rustic Lodge is a good name - it is a bit rustic with a wavy floor, but the room was nicely decoratated. The staff was very nice, the room was large and the bed comfy. Could have been a bit cleaner (hair left in the bathtub) but over-all we got a good nights sleep.”

”The home was very cozy, & comfortable and meticulous Lovely decor. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and the cabinets so conveniently labeled. Loved the coffee bar including the coffee that was suppliedI only had 1 question for the host which was answered immediately, everything was perfect so there was no need to contact the host. The info binder in the house explained everything Thank you”

Fluffy Towels, great showers, excellent air conditioning, lots of parking, very nice plates, coffee mugs and pots and pans. The silence from the rear deck in early morning and late evening is only occasionally broken by the sound of a rooster pheasant clucking. Peaceful and serene. Definitely would recommend as a comfortable place to stay with a small group. The Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. There was information available all the local spots!”
