”This property seems to be used for some long-term living arrangements, very unclean, run down & non-working vehicles on blocks in the parking area. Appears to be unsafe in several ways. Nothing like the pictures posted on the Expedia site. ”

”The bathtub did not drain. There was no soap provided, so bring your own. The furniture was stained. The mattress needed to be replaced. There was a chicken coop right outside the window. The rooster started making noise at 5 am which went on for a least 2 hours.”

”Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.”

”Fantastic furniture! Beautiful decor..such a great little place. Hot tub was excellent. We had been at a rental in Florida that was more ‘bachelor pad’ style so we were SO ready for this place. Plush, cozy-exactly what we needed and the pricing is amazing too. I don’t repeat stays often, because I love checking out new places, but this one was a perfect rental at almost an exact halfway point between home and Florida for me so I might make an exception!”

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were adequate for a short stay. The couch is in pretty rough shape and likely needs replacing, but I didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.The biggest problem was the lack of working heat.
