”Vor zwei Jahren haben wir hier durch Zufall ein paar Tage verbracht und und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Jahr haben wir vorab gebucht und es war wieder alles perfekt. Das sehr nette Personal, der große Pool, das Zimmer, das Restaurant....alles sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

”Shkoder is an amazing city and Hotel Chicago is in the perfect spot. Please note, the hotel starts on the 4th floor and there are several stairs the need to be climbed to get to the elevator and then to the hotel itself. People with mobility issues should check ahead of time.”

”We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. I think giving customers the ability to order what they want is better. ”

”Delightful oasis in the heart of the city! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Peaceful garden surrounding guesthouse and walking distance to pedestrian zone and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!”

”We read so many great rewievs about this hotel so we decided tp book it for one night. It was a mistake. Ambience was nice, restaurant area putside was cute but our room... It smelled like mold and fungus. Propably because the furniture was antique but still. We arrived so late at night and were so tired that we just stayed there for that one night but won't be returning. No wifi acces in our room, ac didnt work at all. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. But that smell in our room was horrible.. ”

”The hotel is lovely, a mix of traditional and modern, with a beautiful garden. The staff were all charming and really helpful. This is a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Shkoder but in a very quiet location.”
