”Overall a very good hotel in a lovely area close to the beach. The hotel has been renovated well and to a decent standard. A few money grabs that really should not have been there with a 4 star hotel like charging for pool towels and parking. But can’t fault the team and place overall”

”Everything was perfect! Quiet small place. The lady of the hotel is suber! She arranged everything we needed! Good place to stay if you play golf but not want to have accommodation at the golf course. ”

”Cosy hotel at decent price. Service was very good, nice people working at the reseption, housekeeping and breakfast restaurant. ”

”The hotel was it what it promised to be. Although a bit older building, from the inside/interior was clean and fairly modern. Awesome view to the sea and roof terrace was great plus for sun bathing. Easy parking, closed to restaurants. Money value was great!”

”The rooms are beautifully decorated and the outdoor space is very beautiful as well with all the plants and nice buildings. It has a look of a five-star hotel, but the service is not up to 5* so 4* is the most accurate description. The only disappointment was the service at the restaurant outdoor patio where I ate twice. The first time it was understaffed and it was hard to get any attention. The second time the waiter forgot to bring me the water and when I asked him for it he looked astounded...

”We stayed a week at a Helgafell suite in the beginning of November. The suite was in two floors with a sundeck on roof. Modern interior, 2 BR, 2 bath and one toilet. The house in located in the Allegra gated community, pools in the area (not heated). Everything worked well, friendly and helpful host. Parking in the community area and street parking available. Good internet. Grocery stores within walking distance, restaurants, pubs and other stores in the town.”

”We stayed for a night with our 2 month old baby and had a lovely time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the pool was lovely and clean. Great breakfast, very good for people with allergies ”
