”Where do I begin... First, this rental was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Second, the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Third, the items stocked were all top quality and not the cheap stuff. The host was super helpful and informative! I highly recommend staying at this little gem in the sweet little town of Dana, Indiana!”

”Fantastic property and they thought of everything! From blankets and games to a fully stocked first aid kit and a box of spices for cooking! The house and grounds are beautiful! It’s out in the country and the stars are stunning! Good communication and great that they use codes for the doors so as different members of our family came and went at different times they were all able to get in. It made the perfect home base for us all to my daughter’s wedding! We’ve even talked about renting it...

”This is an older, dated property at a reasonable price point. My room was clean and included a microwave and mini fridge. What it offers is LOCATION. Just outside Rockville in the middle of Parke County. Covered bridge capital of Indiana and probably the whole US. Skip the mini-donuts at the motel and go to Benjamin’s for breakfast, only 2 minutes away. When you’re done exploring for the day, Thirty-Six Saloon is a great place for supper and 3 minutes away.”

”This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room to sleep and spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make meals. The house was clean and decorated nicely. It felt very cozy and everyone enjoyed our stay! Less than 10 minutes from Turkey Run which is the reason we were in town. Would love to return next time we are in the area!”

”We loved the idea of an abandoned school being converted for multiple uses. Being educators it was fun staying in a school. Very close to beautiful hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay immensely!”

”We had a wonderful little getaway at the cabin! Turkey Run State Park is conveniently located just down the road with several restaurant options in nearby Rockville. My kids loved the little zip-line in the backyard, and we all enjoyed exploring the trails behind the cabin. The bedrooms are spacious and mattresses were comfortable. We loved the open, inviting kitchen/living area and the decor! We would definitely stay here again.”

”An excellent choice for a getaway with family. The outdoor amenities were exceptional, from the fire pit to the pool and spas, seating areas, and relaxing in nature. The location was perfect for easy access to beautiful Shades State Park. The kitchen was small for 10 people but adequately stocked. The gaucho grille was not appropriate for our needs: difficult to manage the heat and the grille surface does not work for burgers, etc. A conventional gas, propane, or charcoal grill would provide...

”Excellent property! Stayed with two families and 9 people. Plenty of space, very clean and very comfortable. Hit tube is large and clean, fire pit is great, and it's very close to Turkey Run and the river access. Highly recommend.”

”It was overall a very nice stay and the host was very friendly. We didn't use the hot tub because it was too hot outside and the pool was a bit dirty but to be fair it wasn't fully ready anyways during our stay, they gave us the option to swim anyways if we wanted to which was nice! I do wish that the listing mentioned the cow farm right across the street because the manure smell outside is very strong. There was also quite a few wood bees but thats to be expected in an area like that. The house...
