”The location and price were great. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints were: the bathroom floor wasn’t clean; and the carpeting was damp due to humidity.”

”Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Had no issues with my stay. Tv menu options is limited but now a days most people stream on their devices so no problem for me. In all, it was a good 2 days stay. ”

”The staff across the board were excellent! Very helpful and extremely courteous. Only issue is had was the parking garage and fees. Be prepared to have a 259 dollar hold on your card for that and damage fee that you should recieve back within a few buisness days”

”Hotel itself seemed clean, pools were not well maintained and very dirty. Stayed last year and the year before, the pools were in much better shape then. This year the pool floor was broken apart and they never vacuumed it once the entire stay. Hope they fix those issues, definitely a hazard with a broken pool floor.”

”Great location, great ocean view! Got to see dolphins in the morning. Great balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Free Parking garage was helpful. The included breakfast was good. The staff was right on top of the breakfast area. Very clean area, they would come around and take dirty plates. They wiped down the tables right away and the chairs. Safe feeling in the hotel, keeping doors locked with needing to use your room key to access the building. Husband’s only complaint was shower...

”The room was bigger than expected. Location was great. Only complaint is our keys stopped working on day 2, we didn’t notice till 11pm when we got back for the day and we waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk. A kitchen garbage can would have been a nice addition.”

”Clean room. Staff helpful. Recommend getting a room with the ocean view and balcony. Bar area is great. Valet’s are fast and helpful. Property could be maintained a bit better. Dirty furniture, carpet and stained pillows in reception area. Poorly maintained gates to enter pool area. Games outside in poor condition ie. Corn hole bags with no corn in them to play. Great location.”

”The hotel was clean but could use updating, the staff were very helpful and accommodating when my husband lost his door key. The elevators sounded like they were going to fall apart at any time, that had me shook for real and the breakfast was ok, could have been a little more to it. But, you get what you paid for. They put an unexpected hold of $246 on my card and did not tell me about it, communication about the charges can be clearer. Overall, I would stay here again for no more than a...

”Very nice hotel and room! Only minor things that was annoying: hallways were extremely hot, like no AC, but the rooms were very comfortable and nice. We found more than a couple hairs in the tub, in the bed and on our towels. It's just a detail I feel were clearly obvious to see and should've been seen as well by the housekeepers. Then our key for the room was deactivated an entire day before our check-out which was another nuisance. Overall though, very nice stay and amazing location to...
