”Room was cancelled. Arrived late at night after being on the road for 11 hours with my 7 year old. I gave them a heads up I was coming from a great distance in advance a week or so vefore. They claimed it was no issue. Expedia says it wasn't them who cancelled and are investigating further but it looks like cancellation came from the property itself. Rooms were much more expensive at that time since everything was booked in the area. They had no too.s available to rebook anyway. Had to keep...

”The front door & all side doors should have pushed door buttons for handicapped accessibility. For me I struggled with my luggage & keeping the exterior & interior doors open while I pushed the luggage cart inside the building. I enjoyed the stay I spent 2 nights for an annual Family Reunion. I felt the price/cost was high but, everything costs more $$$ these days. I'll be back again soon!”
