”The room was clean and had been updated. I wish there had been coffee in the room. The whole hotel looks like it's been renovated and is very nice! The parking lot (at least the handicapped area) could have been cleaner. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The Casino was nice and it was nice to me! About paid for my room anyway! I will stay again!”

”Lots of roaches. Door didn't lock all the way, stains on pillows, small fridge was falling off the shelf, toilet wasn't secured to the floor, bathtub/shower was nasty, caulking had mold in it. Floors were not clean, floors were sticky, A/C couldn't be adjusted. Staff at the front looked annoyed that I was even checking in.”

”The hotel is in a great location, with everything conveniently close by. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we had no issues with the connection. Unfortunately, the customer service could have been better. When we checked in, there was a situation at the front desk involving a customer who was concerned about a vehicle parked in a handicap space. I understand customers are not always right and that situations like this can be frustrating, but I felt the employee could have handled it more...

”We had a wonderful stay at the Duff Green! The antiques are beautiful, the pool is lovely and the staff are so welcoming! Miss Laurie hosted a wine happy hour and told us ghost stories and history of the house. Breakfast was very tasty. My husband was hesitant about staying at a B&B but he loved it! I highly recommend!”

”Uusi hotelli avattu keväällä 2011. Siisti hyvä hotelli missä palvelut pelasivat. Aamupala oli ravintolatyyppinen missä itse sain valita ruolalistalta haluamansa aamupalan, sai valita useampia vaihtoehtoja. Rakennustyön laatu oli tosi surkea, esim huoneemme ovea ei tahtonut saada Auki/kiinni koska lattia oli niin kuhmurainen. Vaatekaapin ovea ei saanut kiinni ja kylpyhuoneesta puuttui jalkalistoja jne. Avajaisilla lienee ollut kova kiire. Muuten OK paikka.”

”We walked in to a room so thick with the smell of mold you could chew on it. Dead Cockroaches all over the floor. Large dead spider in the shower. With webbing all over the curtains that had these weird red mite looking things. Cobwebs all around the head of bed and night stand. We stayed less than 10 minutes and fighting for a refund. Honestly needs to be reviewed by the department of health.”

”We booked a river view room (online says stairs, but it’s 3 flights of stairs) but when we went in the room it was 80 degrees inside. Asked at the front desk & they said that’s was normal but they could move us. They moved us to Uncle Henry’s room, nice but smaller (not close to what we paid for…queen bed instead of king, not a suite, no whirlpool tub) but it was 71 degrees. Nice room but there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling & the bathroom vent was very dirty. Small refrigerator was...

”The stay at this beautiful house was more than I could ask for. The room was plenty spacious for my wife and myself. Bed was very comfortable and sheets smelled very clean. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked very well kept. Breakfast was where it shined as Ms. Noelle knocked it out of the park. Will be coming back here again for the near future!”
