”You get what you pay for. The Inn was probably built in the 70s and was very unattractive. The room was cheap. The check in was underwhelming, the room smelt of dampness, mould and cheap detergent. I never took my shoes off due to the dirty carpet and brown stains on the bathroom floor. There were black hairs all over the bathroom and in one of the beds and may be others but we chose not to look. Light came through the bedroom blind. ”Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there.
Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice.
The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford.
The beds weren’t very comfortable though. The only other little thing was its right next door to a McDonald’s and our room was by the entrance to the drive through, which meant on one...

”The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people.
There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc.
Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer.
Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive.
