”The staff was very friendly, but our room was average. The floor was filthy and left my feet black. I had to wash them before getting into bed. The bed was on a metal frame which made a loud noise when we got into and out of it. Ok for one nights stay in the area as we were passing through. ”

”Clean, nice quaint house close to Belhaven. We were in town to visit some relatives and it was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Only 5 minutes to grocery and to downtown Belhaven, and not that far from Washington. ”

”The condo was clean, had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable. It is in a weird location in the middle of nowhere tho.”

”When we arrived, the door code did not work. The host did not answer for an hour and a half. When she did, I was told she had forgotten we were coming. The house had not been cleaned at all. She gave us fresh sheets for one of the beds. It was a very important trip for us, and a very poor experience. Would not recommend.”

”Greatly enjoyed our stay here for a week in February. The house was home base for us as we visited the three nearby National Wildlife Refuges. House was very clean and stocked with all essentials. Clear communications with the host added to the positive experience. Was third winter we have visited Albemarle/Pamlico peninsula to view wildlife. When we return, we will definitely try and book this lodging again.”
