”Breakfast was very sad, few choices. Staff was not around much to answer questions.”

”This is an excellent, well-maintained, family-owned/run motel. Very clean. We will not hesitate to stay here again. It is close to the freeway but farther away than the cluster of chain motels. The neighborhood is walk-able, and a grocery store is a matter of steps away. A+.”

”It was a smaller hotel than the others in the chain. Our room was not all that clean. The bathroom floor and carpet was dirty and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom in the lobby was also really dirty. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The pancake machine was broken, they ran out of sausage links and didn’t refill it, the breakfast potatoes were cold, they didn’t refill the bread, bagels and muffin selections. The gentleman working the buffet was slow and didn’t seem to care able...

”The property is being renovated. The upgrades are nicely done.”

”Fantastic B and B. Super comfortable, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and the setting is on a farm in the bucolic countryside. Also on the property is a cafe, antique store, and wedding or celebration venue. The owners are incredibly personable, kind, and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s a perfect place for a group, a romantic getaway for 2, a girls weekend, a family reunion… or if you are passing through and need a restful night. We have stayed twice at The Destination and I look...

”Property was very clean! Three couples in total and we had a blast. We absolutely loved the old doll we found there and had a lot of laughs trying to figure out the story behind her which the property owners filled us in on. Very relaxing front porch to have morning coffee provided by the owners. Plenty of cut wood for smores and hot dog roast. We found entertaining games, puzzles, books and corn hole with extra table and seating for game. Overall we give this property an eleven since a BIG ten...

”We really enjoyed our stay at the Lanning house. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the history of the home as well.”

”Great location nice place comfortable ”

”Amazing”

”Really great to have our annual family reunion here for the second time! Such a great place for multigenerational fun! John is a wonderful host!”

”Quiet, clean and Donald the host was very accommodating and friendly. The house does have lots of steps up and down and needs railings around the multi level porch / veranda outside although I believe that may be in work.”

”Absolutely fantastic property for our group of 10 for the Kentucky Derby. Tons of room, large main level, great kitchen and dining and whole lower level was great for hanging out and pool area was fantastic. Gorgeous property. Host was excellent and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this home!”

”We stayed at Trent’s property as part of my a golf trip for my 50th birthday. The place was perfect for my group of 7 golfers. The place was spacious, clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. While the bunkbeds were more conducive for children, we made the sofa in the sitting room work. He was also great in responding to communications. In fact, we greatly appreciated his proactiveness when we experienced a power blip that disabled the electronic lock. He reached out to us before we...

”Just as great as the first time we stayed! Love the location. This is a great getaway spot not too far out of town. Katie is so easy to work with.”
