”Hotel was super cold! I asked for 2 extra blankets. We had to leave a day early due to my dads health. Will try to see ifexpedia honors the insurance I purchased.”

”Prices right, but You get what u pay for. Rooms are dated and the bed was uncomfortable. The saving grace was the staff. Very kind and helpful! Gave me breakfast early since i was leaving! Delicious cinnamon rolls from the local Amish bakery. Thanks, Will come again of if in the area!”

”I reserved and pre paid for a King Suite room. Upon check in, I opened our room to find a regular two queen bed room. The desk clerk gave me some excuse about using Expedia. I wasn't compensated for the mess up at all. The first floor smelled strongly of Marijuana when we arrived. Our room had a desk, no chair. The bathroom fan didn't work either. We were very disappointed because we usually like to stay here. We visit often because of family that live here. Also had the pleasure of listening...

”Carpets were dirty and alot of dust on the bottoms of chairs in the room. Had gum stuck in the carpet. That my gr-grandson kept trying to pick at. Kinda nasty for the price of a room.”

”The staff was very friendly, the area seemed safe and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.”

”It was convenient. Easy parking not too busy of an area. Did sleep good. The girl working the counter super helpful (new) and the manager was too but I got locked out of my room twice cuz the door knob was in need of fixing and the manager was like no big deal it just that room. They gave me a new room…Tired, hot, AC not working in new room. Fixed that. Had to unplug the phone cuz the constant flashing red light was very annoying. It wasn’t horrible but I would see if something else available...

”We absolutely loved this loft and especially since they welcomed our dog as well. Everything was just perfect during our stay and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.”

”Kitchen was adequately stocked. Oven got smokey because it needed cleaned. Furniture was very dusty. There were a few live and dead bugs in the house. ”

”The Cozy Cottage was the perfect choice for us while we visited family in Washington. With a very peaceful neighborhood. The home supplied everything we would've needed. We were expecting some bad storms and the owner reached out to make sure we knew about the flashlights, etc. Definitely our #1 choice when we come back to visit. Thank you!”
