”We were in town for a ball tournament so really didn’t use the amenities. But it was a great place to stay and nice staff. Would stay there again.”

”Checked in and first room and entire floor smelled like smoke and pot. Staff needs to enforce no smoking rules. Changed to new room, no stench but hairs on bed - filth. Talked to VIP and they took care of refunding all amounts and we stayed at another hotel.”

”Room was clean, and the non-smoking room didn’t smell of smoke, had good AC, and overall was comfortable. The rest of the property was quite dilapidated. Checking in wasn’t easy as the initial keycard generated by the machine didn’t work, and our room was in the other building from the check in desk so it was a long walk back to get it fixed. The directions to the room that came with the key were wrong and the friendly staff who helped us find the right elevator bank laughed and said to ignore...

”I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to take care of us. One of us is handicapped and they complimentary valet parking was a godsend. Everything was clean and upgraded. Great experience. We will repeat.”

”I didn't realize the room I signed up for was pet friendly. Hotel was booked so no other rooms available. It really smelled. The room was really old and dated. The dog bed in the room was really used and looked filthy.”

”So many things to do here. Too bad their beach wasn’t accessible when we visited but they had other private beaches we could use. Staff was to notch. We aren’t fans of the casino but it was nicely separated. Great location with so many great activities & restaurants within walking distance.”

”The staff there was being rude towards my family and I. When we asked them for water they didn’t want to give us any. Even checking in felt like they treated us rude. We did not feel welcomed at all. I will not come back to this hotel. Do not recommend it at all. Bad customer service.”

”Clean room, easy check in process, everything fairly modern. Our only complaint is breakfast. Not the best eggs and only “protein” option was a veggie sausage.”

”We had a room on the street side. It was noisy but because the air-conditioner worked well, it helped drown out the noise. The gal at the front desk was AMAZING! I wish I would've gotten her name! She recommended different places to eat and was very helpful with directions. The room was clean although the shower could use some updating. There is also no coffee pot and only two pillows on the queen size bed. I would stay here again.”
