”We will be returning for sure. Price was not bad at all for a suite and all that came with it. I had a trip of a life time with my husband and two sons. I appreciated that there was stuff for kids to do there. I will be returning as soon as we can.”

”Staying at the Grand for 3nights was nice, rooms were nice, beds very comfy, bathroom big and the shower’s are huge and prefect The only thing I missed in our room was a microwave, it would have been nice to warm up some of our leftovers for a little midnight snack Plus they have lots of staff on the casino floor, if you need something or can’t find something there’s always someone to ask”

”The staff was very kind and professional. My room was everything I thought it would be and it was very clean. The housekeepers were prompt in filling my requests for different items that were needed in my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had a great time would recommend it to anybody.”

”The property was unique as it is a very short distance to the RiverWalk. Lots of restaurants and casinos within a block or so of walking. I love the Historic and Vintage room and decor of the property. Free Wi-Fi. No Resort Fee. Perfect for someone who prefer a quieter hotel to stay. The parking was limited but I checked in right on time so I had plenty of spaces to chose from. If you want to go to the bar in the hotel, it is only open on Friday and Saturday nights. My kind of place to stay.”

”We had a great time here, staff was so nice, rooms were clean but i think the carpet can use a steam/deep clean. Also we wanted to splurge a bit and got this hotel instead of our other cheap options and this is the first hotel that charges us for nightly parking either valet 25$ a night or self parking that's far away for another 12$ a day. Otherwise everything else was great.”

”I liked that the girl at registration made it easy and she was very courteous. I didn't like that the tv didn't work, that the night light headboard didn't work and the phone in the room was dead. The light over the bathroom entrance was blinking off and on ready to go out. ”

”I am a very very frequent traveler and luoi will not go wrong here . The manager is amazing the whole staff is amazing. They were very welcoming to us and allowed us to check in early knowing we had travel issues . EXTREMELY CLEAN !!!! This is a hidden jewel . ”

”Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.”
