”Check‑in last Saturday was extremely disappointing and made both me and my family feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. ”The room was good. 2 bedrooms let us spread out. You could tell updates had been done and it was good, just some small things like frayed carpet and closet doors that didn’t operate correctly.
I wasn’t thrilled with the $3.50 daily charge to park my car in the hotel’s lot. I may have missed that in the information at booking, but come on, for what they are charging for the room I get a parking fee?”
