”The only problem was upon arrival we asked if our room was ready. (It was 1:30) The receptionist was just on the phone speaking to someone saying yes your room is ready looking forward to seeing you. As soon as she hung up I asked about our room she extremely curtly said no after looking at the computer. At that time I asked if she had an idea when it may be she curtly replied Check-in is st 4:00.Which I understand but many times rooms are prepared earlier. I said okay is there a system for them...
