”Overall, our stay was nice, but on the expensive side. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby and hallways were not clean.”

”Desk clerk was not available except after a 3-minute wait when ringing for assistance. Breakfast area never cleaned, trash can overflowing & not emptied for 4 days. Breakfast items each day were only a dozen gas station donuts, several over-ripe bananas, 4-5 slices of cheap bread - no cereals or milk or juices. Room was adequate, but only 2 sets of towels for the 4-person, 2 queen bed room. No soap or lotions except soft-soap dispenser mounted on shower wall. Very poorly managed...

”I pulled in and immediately felt unsafe. The hot tub was under maintenance and didnt say anything on the website. Went to my room and the hard wood floor should have been pulled up 15 years ago. Room didnt match the pictures”

”Our host Josh was very accommodating and wonderful to talk to. The home we had rented from him was very clean and maintained. This place was stocked up with cookware, games to play, snacks and body care products if needed, fully functional gas grill, and a very nice propane fireplace on the back deck with plenty of chairs. The beds were also very comfortable with nice linens. Thank you Josh for a great experience and hope to be able to book with you again in the future.”

The kitchen was incredible - even according to a family member who's an executive chef), with two huge refrigerators & a huge freezer & massive counter space for prep, buffet & eating. ”Everything went smoothly. Got door code to the house. Plenty of room for my small family group. AC units were cranking away so inside was comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and appliances. They allowed a pet (with supervision and restrictions), and answered any and all questions quickly. Primary contact was email, but had a phone number that was never needed. It is like staying at grandmas house. And note no wifi / network. Cell coverage was ok so not an issue. Follow her rules and no...
