”The breakfast area was full of flies flying around the cheese trays and cold cuts. Also some of the plates or trays were not clean. Room was clean, no problem there. Otherwise good stay but there are some problems with hygiene, they need to shape up.”

”Check-in was a total fiasco. Otherwise, the staff were reasonably helpful, but during check-in they were surly and slow. Breakfast and the menu at the upstairs restaurant: 5/5.”

”Comfortable new Hotel and good breakfast. Not in walking distance from old town attractions but practical location in between downtown and Messe, next to a big shopping mall. Recommend.”

”The room was really hot (not possible to adjust the temperature). I slept badly. The window/door was completely broken and partially open. The kettle didn't work, so I couldn't make coffee in the room at all. Among other things, the smoke alarm was taped up. The breakfast was quite basic and I was still hungry. Some of the fruit was already spoiled. Actually the worst hotel I've ever been to, although I don't visit 4-star hotels much, but cheaper ones.”

”Siisti hotelli ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Spacious and nice sauna! Friendly staff ❤️”

”Upeat näkymät järven yli ja kaukaa siintäville Alpeille. Hotelli on siisti, toki näkyy ajan tuomat haasteet. Mutta huone ja etenkin kylpyhuone oli siisti! Miinusta ilmalämpöpumpusta, joka ei toiminut. Kattava aamupala ja plussaa iso sisäuima-allas. Voisin vierailla uudestaan!”

”Very neat hotel and nice rooms. Garage barely high enough for 1,95 cm car. Bus station right in front. ”
