”The offer of another room after check out was appreciated to bridge the gap between checkout at airport , but the denial of spa facilities such as a team room and sauna unless I ponied up for “services” was inexplicable given that i was paying £1500 per night! ”

”Apartment was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly, but the lack of a dedicated front desk made it difficult to find assistance when needed. The listing stated a 2-minute walk to the beach, but in reality it took 8–10 minutes from our room. Carrying chairs and an umbrella made the walk more inconvenient than expected — this was the biggest downside.”

”Our only complaints was the low water pressure and the room was only serviced once in the 4 nights we stayed, even though I spoke to them about it daily. One day they came we had a 'do not disturb' door hanger because we were there a short while but they never checked back. Also would like the minimum temp for the A/C thermostat to be 70, not 72, due to the humidity. Made it a little warm for sleeping. Otherwise, the place was modern and clean, and we loved having the made to order breakfast...

”Why upgrade my room and tell me I can’t use the room If I do I will get charged maybe the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard…so why upgrade me…they are very limited in towels the only give you two, you have to pay to get a clean towel…..”

”Very nice facility with lots of amenities. The on-site restaurant was amazing with fantastic and reasonably priced food with a staff beyond compare. There is also an on-site water tour company and equipment rental place that run tours to Starfish Point and Stingray City from the dock on property. Super convenient!!”

”This place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, the gorgeous beach is just steps away from the apartment which is amazing! Kitchen has everything you need. Front desk was very helpful with directions and suggestions in general. We loved our stay and will return in the future”

”Nice view from our ground floor unit. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. My only complaint is there were minimal cleaning products on site. Nothing other than some lysol wipes for the countertops, cooktops and glass tabletop. There was a W&D...but no laundry soap. ”

”Often photos of a destination do not tell the "whole story." These accomodations were even more stunning than the photos make it out to be. Staff are incredibly attentive to guest needs. The resort has supplies for day trips to the beach, saving the guest from having to pre plan these items, beach bags, big floppy sun hats, fins, masks, snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. The staff, Rose in particular offered spectacular suggestions for dining and sight seeing. We spent mornings...
