”The location was amazing, we loved the hot tub & cute room. It’s a mini apartment above a garage, but felt like home! Lubec Main Street is a short walk down the hill and everything is right there. The just Geno was great.”

”First of all I want to say there was great communication from the host. The apartment was just okay. The listing says no pets but there was lots of little white dog hairs all over the futon couch, we didn’t even sit on it. Parking was not good, too far away from entry door. It had snowed the day before we arrived and nothing had been shoveled and we had to make several trips back and forth from our vehicle trying not to fall on snow and ice. ”Cabin right on the page was perfect. Lake is gorgeous. View is 180. Beautiful deck and furniture. Cabin is updated and lovely. Kitchen is nicely sized and very well furnished. Bathroom is also nicely sized and very nice. Living room is very comfortable, well sized, lots of windows, good tv... all good. Bedroom is small but very workable, bed is very comfortable. Host was very nice. ”

”From the road it looked like i was in the wrong place, could not see that the driveway goes back from the road and the cabin is further in. The TV is kind of in a weird spot, off to the right of the couch, i understand because of cabin design its difficult. Otherwise very clean, and everything i needed was there. comfortable, in a nice area.”

”The host was absolutely amazing. We had a little hiccup in the beginning but was fixed immediately. The response was immediate to rectify the issue. It was a completely unforeseen problem a massive storm the day before arrival knocked out the power and the heat pump wouldn't start. It was honestly amazing to be able to look at the stars in the sky. It had breathtaking views from the private beach. It's only around 30 minutes to the border. ”Excellent lakeside view. True peace and quiet. Courteous and friendly owners who respond to messaging extremely fast. 30 minutes from the Canadian border in Lubec with some stunning vistas. We travelled here from NJ for Halloween weekend in late October 2025, and the trees were turning and changing colors all along the drive up, and all throughout Maine. Cozy cabin vibes and an easy to use fireplace with plenty of firewood. Highly recommended.”
