Sign blamed it on chinchilla water. I think it was their septic system. Unclean room in general. Missing knives and forks. Luke warm breakfast. And rude Staff. After asking for the light cover to be replaced due to the danger of exposed wires I was told no at first. Then I said it was a safety issue...
