”One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. clean, comfty, good location and extremely helpful staff.
Possibility to use a laundry machine was a nice bonus for travelers who had been on road for a week.
We asked to cancel our second night as we could not go to the volcano island due to weather conditions.
Cancelling was no problem at all and the re-fund was on my account almost before we left the city - awesome!!

”Room was spacious and clean. Had extra blankets, pillows and towels. Was very quiet even though we were on the ground floor. The people upstairs could not be heard. The ocean could be heard throughout the day and especially at night, which help aid sleep. Will definitely go back.”
