”We were not informed about the resort being closed until arrival. The cabins are duplexes, and are not well maintained or cleaned. Tried to checkout, but couldn’t until the morning. Mouse droppings everywhere including the beds, all drains clogged, the WiFi did not work, and the beds were smaller than expected. The cabins smelled like smoke and mildew. The bathroom fan did not work. I was expecting a resort with amenities and views, and received a filthy duplex with severe maintenance issues....

”This is our second time staying here. We stayed for 4-5 days each time. Both stays the staff was phenomenal. They were all always very nice and would go out of their way to make our stay great. Would certainly stay here again. Not a big deal but we wanted to use the washer and dryer which only took quarters. The hotel didn’t have change, Walmart wouldn’t give change and the local gas station didn’t have enough quarters so we weren’t able to clean our clothes.”

”I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were nice, comfortable, and inviting. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Room air did not blow out fast even on high. Took a while to cool the room. Bathroom stayed warm. Painting was half done. Carpets need cleaned. Need better curtains to block out the lights.”

”It was not for me personally. I cannot hike, kayak, fish because I am 75 yrs old. I simply went there to rest and that I managed to do. Also, I could not walk to the washroom every time I needed to go. I was afraid of falling at night because I am prone to falls. I had to buy some items to be able to function-a bowl, wine glass and some spoons. My fault- I should have read the fine print more carefully. Plus, the bed was so high for me I actually fell once trying to get in bed. LOL”

”We didn't arrive until late. When we got there the place was freezing cold. There was an AC wlindow unit that had a heat setting. After 15 minutes it was still blowing cool air. So we saw a space heater. When we plugged the space heater in, it blew the breaker. We decided to just use the space heater since the window unit was blowing cool air. We were exhausted so we went to bed. The space heater said it was 52 degrees. There was no thermostat so Im guessing it was fairly accurate. Least to...
