”Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of food. Beach area was beautiful with lots of activities to do. Hamilton island is a great location to get to the whitehaven beach. Our hotel room was spacious and has stunning view of the bay. However, the room is showing its age and the bathroom smelled musty and window screen was torn and dirty. The bedroom floor was a bit sticky not sure what they use for cleaning so wear slippers. Birds were plenty and nice to see but can get aggressive...

”The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.”

”AC was not functioning in the bedroom and it was boiling hot. This didn't get fixed during our 2-night stay. The resort has strong 1990s Torremolinos vibes (if you've been there as a kid, you will get this reference), but it's well kept and exceptionally clean. Great location, large functional rooms, good easy parking, pool views are as advertised. Overall I'd stay again for a short stay for the right price. 5min walk to the main street and all the shops etc - but it's a *very* steep uphill...
