”The property was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”The kitchenette came with not a single plate utensil or pot. It didn't even have a coffee maker. The bed was taller than normal and I needed a stool to get up onto it after hip surgery. Sometimes staff was there and sometimes it was not staffed. The staff that were there were all very helpful but the management of the property is poor and people gather in the parking lot at different areas to smoke pot”

”The hotel was very clean, breakfast was always delicious, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, seemed very willing to engage and positive. Hospitality team was great. I can tell it’s a little older or more-used hotel, but it was fine for what we needed. I would have loved if the fitness center wasn’t so confined and had more supplies. It seemed like the pool and fitness center didn’t get a lot of TLC. But overall, this was a fine property for a week with family!”

”The room was clean. The staff at the desk were friendly. The breakfast was good. Cold cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee and tea. The breakfast area was clean. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the trash pick up in the room. It lacked a little. ”

”Restaurant wasn’t open and when they were they were out of everything. I kept getting charged different amounts everyday. Shannon at the front desk was amazing. The one elevator was out. Parking was not good and our air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should”

”I had a great stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The location was also very convenient. It was just outside of downtown, making it easy to get into the city while also being close to shopping, which was a nice bonus during my stay. The only downside was that this is a non-smoking hotel, but someone was smoking in a room near ours, and the cigarette smoke made...

”Room appeared clean upon arrival. Floor was sticky. Toliet did not work and coffee make broken as well. Bartender was not friendly and did not acknowledge we were there for at least 15 mins.”

”Clean room, friendly staff. Not much for breakfast options. Was hoping for at least one gluten free option even If i had to buy it at the little market shop. But there were none. Comfortable beds and pillows. All in all, a great overnight stay at a good price.”

”Not great breakfast. Burn bacon! I asked the front desk to give me the receipt he said it sent my email. I dislike it. I did not ask for protection plan $9. ”

”Clean room, nice adjustable shower head, nice bath exhaust so not tons of steam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but very small space to maneuver. No residual smoke lingering in halls or rooms like some converted smoke free hotels. Enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable.”
