”The bed was bumpy, and also the pillows, they never in the three days to stay, made the bed or change the pillows, clean the room, not even empty the garbage in the trashcan. The breakfast didn’t have felt fresh, the coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were old”

”Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

”Although we booked the Wizard’s Roost, due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed in the Steampunk room, which was awesome! So creative! There are lots of clever surprises to explore. The whole place was very comfortable, with lots of amenities, especially the full kitchen. My sister can’t wait to tell everyone about this place!”
