”Although the staff was exceptional and the rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel is under MAJOR renovations and things were slightly inconvenient. I’m sure it’s going to be wonderful when it’s completed but at the moment the lobby and 1st level are a mess.”

”The staff at checkin and out were friendly and helpful. I love the vintage architecture of the building and likedbeing able to park at our door. Our room was not very updated, older furniture, tile, fixtures. But it looked clean and the beds were very comfortable. I slept really well. Bedding was white, not a high quality, but clean. Didn’t think much of the standard breakfast. A traveler needs a good bed and it fit the bill for a fair price. They do not take pets. Ours was at home.”

”The Inn is an old style L-shaped motel with rooms on two floors opening onto a pool. It is somewhat dated, but was clean and quiet. I booked very late and arrived late. Hotel rooms in Frankfurt listed online are relatively expensive, so this was a good alternative. I will say the shower in the tub was better than most I encounter traveling, which are pitiful low pressure affairs. This was much better. Towels were plentiful. ”The property is a repurposed historic home and the rooms very unique in the best way. Staff was so accommodating from housekeeping to restaurant and bar servers. Also, it's just a short walk to local shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We'll definitely be back.”

”Great location. Cozy room. Fun to have a bar downstairs and walkable around town. Frankfort is a nice location to reach distilleries from.”

”What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.”
