”The mountains of North Carolina are for the soul!!! Choosing this rustic, away from the hubbub, down the gravel road getaway was perfect for recharging, reminiscing, relaxing and spending time with old friends who don’t NEED bougie to have a good time!The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and the beds were extremely comfortable for a night of rest! We visited the pool one day for a refreshing cool down and met some lovely residents! If you want a great burger, we recommend Stacks in Mars...

”This home was the absolute perfect spot for our family of 4 to meet up with our best friends (also a family of 4). There is plenty of room, the dining table accommodates big group meals, and the view was just incredible. We enjoyed hiking in the area and would love to come back! Wonderfully responsive host and the bed was so comfortable. ”

”Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the last mile or so of the drive getting to the cabin and the driveway. The final stretch of road is dirt and quite muddy when it rains. The driveway is very steep and difficult to back out of. We brought our 24 Silverado ZR2 lifted truck and my steps still scraped a little backing out of the driveway. Luckily we brought my truck on the trip because a car wouldn’t have made it. There is a spot to park at the top of the property though if...
