”I always feel that this hotel is underrated. I have stayed there a few times, and I've always had a great stay. The beds are sooo comfortable and the staff is always great. This property should be rated Wonderful.”

”Front desk person was great. He was very personable. Quick processing check in. Super easy to work with It was one night only. Made it effortlessly trip. Appreciate the breakfast. Clean and fully stocked this man was also very friendly and stayed on top of all food items. Great job great hotel. If were in this city area again we will stay here again”

”This little home is perfect for a couple or small family. Has a keurig, fridge, stove top with oven, good AC and Roku tv. Bed is comfortable and shower is nice! I, personally, would prefer a later checkout. 10am is earlier than most motels and this home is so small that cleaning would take an hour especially with guests required to wash all dishes, put away and strip the bed. Checkin is after 4. I think there could be a few changes and this would be an outstanding rental.”

”Enjoyed my stay at Cozy Abode in Historic Yankton - Heart of the City. First, this place is huge - with an open concept, and CLEAN. The kitchen is well appointed with just about everything one would need, although it could use some baking sheets and a can opener. The refrigerator is full size, clean and has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser! Dishwasher is nearly silent. The living room area is large; with a couch, loveseat and large flat screen tv. The couch has been well loved...

”Cute decorations, fun patio, and well stocked. Easy check out instructions. Turn key weekend for a group of moms to relax.”

”We were very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the coffee pot, but we managed, the owner said they would take care of it, when I let her know. The "game room" as my family called it was fun for all ages.”
