”Exactly what I wanted. Close to Tech campus (where I went) and downtown. Day trips to the Porkies and Copper Harbor were perfect. Weather was perfect and town and surrounding areas were not overrun with people. The small fenced yard was perfect for my dog. A great job was done on converting the property. Added benefit was the big house was empty for my entire stay. ”
