”I got to the hotel late at night and the self-check-in process was really easy. I had booked a deluxe room and it was located on the ground floor so luckily I didn't need to climb the stairs with my luggage. The room was very spacious and the kitchenette area was separated by a door in my room. At first I thought that the windows were open because the street noise was so prominent, as other reviews also mention. The windows were in fact shut but extremely thin so the noise is aggressive....

”The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable.
