”Our stay was perfect!
The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful.
Other things I really liked about the hotel:
Our room was spacious and clean.
Our bed was really comfortable.
The pool was nice and had a great side.

”We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".”
”Negative things first: The rooftop pool is closed and is unlikely to be opened again anytime soon. If you plan to sunbath and swim during your stay, book another hotel. Food and service isn't good at the restaurant. I recommend to eat somewhere else. Then for the good or neutral things: The rooms are huge and clean. Breakfast is ok. Front desk works well. Location isn't the best but you can walk to some places or take bus/taxi.”

”Very good service, clean, punctual, high-quality all around. The hotel is located very centrally so good connections all around, but in the middle of high-traffic corner so walking around is not very comfortable. Very good for business. For leisure the surroundings will require taking a taxi to the nice places.”
