”My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". Be prepared to walk about a mile to downtown. It is a nice, safe walk though. I would definitely recommend the Coach House!”

”The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again ”

”The breakfast options were great especially with my picky kids. House keeping did a great job with keeping our rooms clean and comfortable each day. The staff from reception were very friendly and polite. Parking was a breeze and the location cannot be beat. I will definitely return!”

”Super quaint, peaceful, idyllic, historic Inn! Awesome location right in the middle of the Marblehead Historic District. We walked less than 5 min to dinner at The Landing and then to drinks at Maddie’s Sail Loft. Highly recommend! ”

”2 night stay. Convenient to commute between Salem and Rockport. Our apartment was 2 bedroom as we travel with our adult son. Its hard to find suites that are not just a pull out sofa in the Livingroom area. We did not use the stove or dishwasher. Best feature was the ability to set the air conditioning down to 60 and actually feel it. The bed mattress was too hard for us, but that is a personal preference. ”Staff was very helpful and accomadating on 2 issues..My room air/heat unit was malfunctioning and they changed my room and helped me move all of my luggage without me asking. 2. My reservation through Expedia was made for 1 night but i thought i made it fir 2. They called me when i was out sightseeing on my 2nd day to tell my about this situation and it was resolved over the phone. No.hassels!!”

”I had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless — the lobby, hallways, and especially the room. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. ”They offer breakfast in the morning and it probably had the most options we have ever had at a "free hotel breakfast". There was plenty of parking and the staff was very polite. There are a few fast food options around the property as well. We would definitely stay again.”

”The place is ok for a short layover, but we wouldn’t want to book this for a longer stay. Our room was quite noisy, and there’s no housekeeping. We booked a room for 4 people, but it was set for only 2, and it took us several trips to the front desk and well over an hour to get the missing bedding & towels.
