The quietness, it was lit up at night in the parking lot so I felt safe. The swimming pool was clean, a nice size and in a private area. The suites were very large in size with a pull out couch, microwave, and mini fridge. The closet was very large with hangers, a top shelp and an ironing board available. My only complaints were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up wet bathing suites, clothing or robes. Also you have to ask for a blow dryer at the front desk because thieves keep stealing them from the rooms. This is the best, nicest place Ive stayed at in Kemah/Seabrook area. We will always stay here each time we visit tjis atea again.!
