My original booking request was for 2 double queen beds. I was checked in 21Mar at 0300, there was half eaten chic fil a on the bed, beds were not made, and bathroom toilet had poop in it. I went back to let the agent know that the room was dirty and he moved me to another room under the guise that it was an upgrade (king suite with a pull out couch bed). The pullout bed is non-existent. I have been sleeping on the couch NOT pull out bed. I let another agent know early in the morning (21Mar around 0730) so that I could be switched to my originally booked room and she was amiable, and she said to come back around 2. She was no longer on duty and I had to explain to a 3rd agent. This agent also informed me that the agent from night one, charged me even though he wasn’t supposed to, as I had already paid in full online and was only supposed to pay the incidentals fee. I haven’t been assigned a double room as they are all booked (including the original dirty double room I was given) which I was told I would be moved to. This has been a frustrating experience all the way around. In order to get a double room, which I already paid for, I am being told that I will have to book at the sister hotel for an additional fee. I contacted their customer relations rep on 22Mar via email and I haven’t heard anything back from him.
