I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this property. When we arrived, the building smelled strongly of marijuana throughout the property. The staff was very unprofessional and did not seem concerned about the environment or guest experience.
There were also several people sleeping or staying overnight in the lobby area, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition, the elevator was not working, and our room was located on the fourth floor. We had to climb multiple flights of stairs to reach our room, which was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, the elevator was still not functioning the following morning when we checked out.
The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was cold, and the coffee was cold as well.
The only positive thing I can say is that the room itself was clean. However, the carpet had a strong mildew smell.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had, and I would not recommend this property
