PARKING

● Capacity: Max 3 cars only (2 in the private garage and only 1 car in front of the house).

● No blocking or parking on the neighbor's property at any time

● Allowed: Mid-size SUVs or smaller only in the garage

● Not Allowed: No party limos or buses, commercial trucks, boats, 18-wheelers, etc. (May be towed)

● No Street parking – vehicles may be towed

● Parking is at the guest's risk; secure valuables and lock your vehicle

● Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal



Noise

● Low Noise Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. (No Excessive noise to avoid disturbing neighbors)

● Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home

● Devices do not record audio

● Sustained noise over 85 dB inside the home for 5+ minutes triggers alerts to the guests promptly to keep it low

● Repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal

- All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in
