Although we do NOT allow pets in the unit, the apartment building is pet-friendly so you may run into people and their dogs in the building. PLEASE NOTE though due to various guest allergies etc. there are NO pets allowed in this unit. (ONLY ADD THIS IF NEEDED for a building with dogs)

This is an urban dwelling apartment with party walls & floors. Some ambient noise of the neighbors can not be helped.

Street parking is plentiful in the neighborhood. We can provide a visitor's parking pass parking on request to use during your stay. ** Please return this permit on the counter in the apartment PRIOR to your departure. If you fail to return the permit, you will be charged $100 to replace the temporary parking permit. Thank you for your consideration.
There are metered parking zones in most business & commercial areas in Houston. Be mindful of the 'no parking' restrictions on street cleaning days (these days vary city block to city block).
For your security, we have an exterior-only camera that monitors the front entrance.
