The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The bed linens appeared very old and worn out, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside
Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles.
Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building
What concerned me most was that I accidentally left my AirPods under the pillow, with my phone number clearly written on the case. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that they had not been found. It is difficult to understand how housekeeping could change the linens and make the bed without noticing a black AirPods case under the pillow. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of service and dishonesty.
