I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this property. The condition of the motel did not match the photos provided online. The lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the room I was assigned appeared poorly maintained, with dark lighting and visibly unclean walls.
I was also concerned about the overall environment and did not feel safe as a solo traveler, especially given the location of the room toward the back of the property. Due to these concerns, I chose to leave shortly after checking in.
When I requested a refund, I was told I had been checked in for a longer period than I actually was, which was not accurate. I also found the requirement of a cash deposit for basic room items unusual and inconvenient.
Because I did not feel comfortable staying, I left and found accommodations elsewhere that better met my expectations. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness, transparency, and guest experience moving forward.
